01 · Come as you are
A shared room to live, work, make, rest and simply be together.
Knit and Natter, youth club, cuppa drop-ins, councillor sessions, games nights, Get It Done Club, group meetings and birthday gatherings will all have a home here. Members can also hire it for their own workshops and events.

02 · Good things take root
A place to grow, prepare, swap and sell good food — with plenty of room to linger.
An outdoor canopy links produce, seedlings and natural food, drink, health and beauty products. Inside, we’ll preserve, ferment, taste and cook for members. A growing plot and polytunnel at Jenny Knoll Farm extend the idea beyond the garage.

03 · Move your own way
Dance, yoga, movement, drumming, circles and open-studio play. The space is yours to choose.
A simple, flexible room for gathering with intention or trying something new. No velvet ropes, no right way to move, and definitely no need to be bendy.
04 · The bits nobody photographs
The serious repairs that make everything else possible.
The building needs larger and more significant work in the communal areas — roof and guttering, damp, wiring, plumbing, the stairwells and passages everyone uses and nobody admires. We’ll be getting on with it as we develop the social spaces that are usable now, one honest step at a time. If you’d like to help make sure we’re building this place properly while we’re already having fun in it, this is your space to donate.
